Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing our website, enrolling in any program, or making any payment, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Candidate,” “User,” “you,” or “your”) and MatricsTek Inc. (“MatricsTek,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of our website at www.matricstek.co and all associated services, programs, and products.

By clicking “I Agree,” enrolling in a program, making a payment, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, each incorporated herein by reference.

Description of Services

MatricsTek Inc. provides professional career development and interview access program and zero to offer program services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Interview Access Program
  • Technical interview coaching sessions
  • Mock interview simulations
  • Interview feedback and debrief sessions
  • Career training and skill-building modules
  • Resume review and career advisory services

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or add services at any time without prior notice. Specific service deliverables will be outlined in your individual onboarding agreement.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have the legal capacity and authority to enter into binding contracts
  • Not be prohibited from receiving our services under applicable laws
  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and enrollment

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Section 04

Account Registration & Onboarding

Enrollment in MatricsTek programs requires completion of a registration process and execution of an Onboarding Agreement. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information at registration
  • Keep your account information current and up to date
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. The signing of the Onboarding Agreement signifies formal commencement of services and affects refund eligibility.

Section 05

Payment & Fees

All program fees are communicated to candidates prior to enrollment. By making a payment, you agree to the following:

  • All fees are quoted in the applicable currency and are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
  • Full payment (or the first installment, where applicable) is required to commence services.
  • We use secure, third-party payment processors. MatricsTek Inc. does not store your full payment card details.
  • All applicable taxes, levies, or duties are the sole responsibility of the candidate.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of enrollment.

Refund Policy Summary

Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy (accessible via the tab above). The key provisions are:

Eligible for Full Refund: A full refund will be processed if a candidate formally requests it within 3 calendar days of payment, provided that (a) the service has not yet commenced, AND (b) the Onboarding Agreement has not been signed.

If Matricstek fails to deliver the above-mentioned services, the candidate is eligible for a full refund without any questions.

Not Eligible for Refund: Candidates enrolled in the Interview Access Program/ zero to offer program who miss any scheduled session โ€” including technical sessions, mock interviews, interview feedback sessions, or training modules โ€” are strictly ineligible for a refund, regardless of reason or circumstance.

Section 07

Candidate Conduct

By enrolling in our programs, you agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times. You shall not:

  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or disrespectful behavior toward MatricsTek staff, trainers, or other candidates
  • Share, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary program materials, session recordings, or confidential content without prior written consent
  • Misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity at any time
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit our proprietary methodologies

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate termination of services without any refund.

Section 08

Session Attendance & Scheduling

Timely attendance at all scheduled sessions is your responsibility as a candidate. The following conditions apply:

  • Sessions are scheduled in coordination with you and confirmed in advance.
  • Absence from any scheduled session โ€” regardless of reason โ€” constitutes a missed session for the purpose of these Terms and the Refund Policy.
  • Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to trainer availability. Rescheduling is a courtesy, not a guaranteed right.
  • Repeated absences or habitual rescheduling may result in termination of your enrollment at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our programs โ€” including but not limited to curricula, training materials, assessments, frameworks, methodologies, brand assets, and recordings โ€” is the exclusive intellectual property of MatricsTek Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes during the term of your enrollment. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any MatricsTek materials without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. MatricsTek Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to job placement, offer letters, salary increases, or interview success. Program results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MatricsTek Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total cumulative liability to you, for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services, shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to MatricsTek Inc. in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Section 12

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MatricsTek Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of our services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through our platforms.

Section 13

Termination

MatricsTek Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to services at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

  • Breach of these Terms or the Onboarding Agreement
  • Non-payment of applicable fees
  • Misconduct or disrespectful behavior toward staff or peers
  • Repeated unauthorized absences
  • Any action deemed harmful to the Company or other candidates

Termination for cause will render you ineligible for any refund. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full effect.

Section 14

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MatricsTek Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

Section 15

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice, either party may pursue binding arbitration or litigation as permitted by governing law.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against MatricsTek Inc.

Amendments

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

This Refund Policy applies to all candidates who have purchased or enrolled in any service offered by MatricsTek Inc. It is a binding part of our Terms & Conditions and governs all refund requests without exception.

Section 01

Overview

MatricsTek Inc. is committed to delivering high-quality career development services. We have designed our refund policy to be fair and transparent. Refund eligibility is determined strictly based on the criteria set out below.

By completing payment for any MatricsTek service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy in its entirety.

Section 02

Eligibility for Full Refund

Full Refund โ€” Eligible Under the Following Conditions:
A candidate is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid if and only if all three of the following conditions are simultaneously satisfied:

  1. The refund request is submitted in writing within 3 calendar days of the date of payment; AND
  2. The requested service has not yet commenced โ€” meaning no session of any type (technical, mock, feedback, or training) has been conducted; AND
  3. The candidate has not signed the Onboarding Agreement with MatricsTek Inc.

If any one of these three conditions is not met, the candidate will be deemed ineligible for a refund under this clause.

How to Calculate the 3-Day Window

The 3-day window begins at the timestamp of successful payment confirmation. For example, if payment is confirmed on April 1 at 2:00 PM, the refund request must be received by April 4 at 11:59 PM. Requests received after this deadline will not be considered.

Section 03

Non-Eligibility for Refund

No refund will be issued once any scheduled session is missed, regardless of the reason for the absence.

The following circumstances render a candidate strictly ineligible for a refund:

3.1  Missed Sessions โ€” Interview Access Program

Candidates who have opted for the Interview Access Program and miss any of the following scheduled sessions, for any reason whatsoever, are not eligible for a refund:

  • Technical interview preparation sessions
  • Mock interview sessions
  • Interview feedback and debrief sessions
  • Training or skill-building modules

This policy applies irrespective of whether the candidate provides advance notice of their absence, the reason cited, or whether a rescheduling request was made.

3.2  Additional Non-Eligible Scenarios

  • The Onboarding Agreement has been signed, regardless of whether sessions have started
  • Services have fully or partially commenced
  • Refund request is submitted after the 3-day eligibility window
  • Enrollment was terminated due to misconduct or breach of Terms
  • The candidate claims dissatisfaction with outcomes (e.g., job search results), which are outside our control

Section 05

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, candidates must follow this process:

  1. Send a written refund request to contact@matricstek.co with the subject line: “Refund Request โ€“ [Your Full Name]”
  2. Include your full name, registered email address, date of payment, payment reference number, and reason for the refund request
  3. Requests must be submitted within the 3-day eligibility window (timestamped receipt is binding)
  4. Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 7 business days

Verbal or informal refund requests (e.g., via phone or chat) will not be accepted or processed. Only written requests to the designated email address are valid.

Section 06

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7โ€“14 business days of refund approval. Please note:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions
  • Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment
  • Any applicable transaction or processing fees charged by the payment gateway are non-refundable

Important Notes & Final Provisions

  • This Refund Policy supersedes any prior verbal or written communications about refunds.
  • MatricsTek Inc. reserves the right to amend this policy at any time; changes will not affect refund requests already in progress.
  • Misrepresentation of facts in a refund request constitutes a material breach of our Terms & Conditions and may result in legal action.
  • All refund decisions made by MatricsTek Inc. are final and binding.

We strongly encourage all candidates to carefully review their schedule and commitment level before enrolling. Missing even a single session eliminates refund eligibility for Interview Access Program enrollees. Please ensure you are available and prepared to attend all scheduled sessions prior to payment.
